just came out of an operations meeting, and this is what i have observed.
D - pacifist by nature. would love to keep peace but with the recent developments in the office, been finding it hard to. wants direction to head down the path, however, direction has deviate many times. facing immense stress. like master wu-guai.
J - parrot. no substance. enough said.
K - shit stirrer, but with substance. not sure what the game plan is, but very sure that there will be more shit float up. a fast moving bear.
H - seems to like to push responsibilities (likewise, J) to other depts and is easily offended when other depts step up to shoulder the assignments. maintains an air of superiority. a double headed snake.
R - like to push responsibilites as well, and leave others to clear the mess left. acts bossy and tries to display leadership skills when the realisation sinks in that there is trouble. proactive to own advantage. a young lion trying to mature and lead a pride.
A - loves to delegate. acts like the boss. trying to overtake someone. takes things to personally. kinda like a porcupine.
please note that above mentioned individuals are all of the male species. no offence.
honestly very sick and tired of working in this very hostile environment, where everyone is trying to stab each other and poke backsides. also, managers trying to bring their own pple in. and apparently blames are being pushed to pple who have worked the hardest.
